The Jyan Waespe Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a senior enrolled in an Automotive Service, Auto Collision, or Diesel program to support continuing education or the purchase of tools and supplies as they begin their career.
Jyan Waespe was known for his kindness, contagious smile, and passion for life. A 2022 graduate of Mason High School, Jyan loved everything about cars—from talking about horsepower and turbochargers to spending late nights in the garage working on projects with friends. He was always willing to lend a hand and share what he knew with others.
This scholarship honors Jyan’s passion for the automotive world and supports students who share his love for working on cars and building a future in the industry.
